Nikole LaVelle Neilon (she/her) is the Senior Grants and Administration Manager for The Overbrook Foundation. She partners with program staff and the Chief Finance and Administration Officer on the operational aspects of the Foundation’s grantmaking, including intake of grant requests, payments, and reporting as well as with due diligence and grants compliance.  Nikole also handles and facilitates office operations, human resources and the website.

Nikole began her work with the Foundation in 2007 providing administrative support while working at Overbrook Management Corp. In 2012, she became a Foundation employee providing grants management services.  Over the past 10 years, Nikole’s role at the Foundation has grown to what it is today.  

Nikole is originally from El Paso, Texas.  She graduated from Pitzer College, California with a concentration in International Intercultural Studies. After many years in Brooklyn, she now lives on Long Island with her husband and young children.
