With support from The Overbrook Foundation, Margaret Sanger Center International (MSCI) is building the capacity of local organizations in South Africa to create awareness of the link between the HIV epidemic and human rights violations such as gender-based violence.

Human Rights Watch investigation sparks labor reform. UAE has announced that it will legalize unions and collective bargaining to improve labor standards for migrant workers. The announcement of this pending legislation, expected to be in place at the end of the year, immediately followed a Human Right Watch investigation and press release.
